New: Aerial Hoop (lyra, cerceau)

The aerial hoop is a large metal hoop resembling a hula hoop, classes focus
on strength, balance, and the essential skills toward learning the aerial hoop
technique. This is a great class for fun, to develop new skill, to increase your
core and upper body strength and to complement pole classes, aerial silk and
aerial yoga classes.

Limited Space: 4 people maximum


Aerial Silk

Aerial silk is dancing with long flowing fabric. Dancers use the fabric
to
wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral their body into and out of
various
positions. Aerial silks may be used to fly through the air, striking
poses
and figures while flying.

Aerial Yoga

Build strength, relax, increase flexibility. We all know that yoga is great
for the mind, body and soul, now lets try it off the ground.

Students spend time using the hammocks, and also spend time on the floor
under the watchful eye of the instructor. This way, students not only achieve
the immediate benefits of spinal decompression that hanging provides, but they
also learn how to achieve many of those same benefits through improved core
strength and a better understanding of alignment in their Yoga postures on the
floor.

Classes slowly progress from using the hammocks to hold a little bit of body
weight to using the hammocks to hold 100% of the body’s weight. The slow
progression emboldens new students, and carefully introduces what can be very
intense new sensations to the student.

Bellydance

Bellydancing tones and strengthens your core, back and legs and arms.  Come
with a friend or come to
meet new ones.  This dance is fun, learn how to put
new moves together each week.

We combine yoga moves into a continuous flow of motion to tone, tighten and
energize the body.  We will work on stregthening, toning and flexibility in this
class.  Done in heated room.

Burlesque

Burlesque dancing is all about being sexy, flirting and just a little
bit naughty. First class come out and meet everyone and learn come
sexy moves. After that, lets play dress up, wear as sexy and retro as you
dare, learn how to move your body to tease and taunt your partner, or just
for the sexy fun of it.

Pole Scult

Pole sculpt utilizes the dance pole and resistance bands to help you
tone your legs, butt, abs, back and arms.  This is a great class to take
before or during your beginner pole dance class.  You do not need to be
going into a pole dance to take this class, it is open to all
ladies.


Pole Dance

Pole dancing offers you the ultimate full body workout, it will help you
tone and build strength.  Beginner classes mostly work your core and
arms, but as you continue you will be working your legs and will develop
dancer leg muscles.
Pole dancing help builds self confidence, teaches you
how to dance, and allows you to get in touch with your inner diva.
Level 1: Beginner

Level 2-4: Intermediate

Level 5-9: Advance

Level 10-13:Pole Gymnast

Level  14 plus: Aerial

Gymnast Definition:  An activity or sport involving performance of exercises
requiring physical strength, flexibility, agility, co-ordination, balance and
grace.


Karma Sultra Mediative/Sensual Dance

Kama Sutra is a meditative seductive dance.  We use pillows and do most of our dance on the floor.


Sexy Diva

Looking to get in touch with your sexy side, this class will teach you
a basic sexy dance, a chair dance, two chair dance and a lap
dance routine.
